Hi! My name is Chloe and I've been working in the commercial daycare scene for almost 4 years now, most recently a day care manager caring for 40 dogs a day!
Like most people in the dog industry, I've grown up around dogs and eventually got one of my own in the shape of a rescue Staffy.
I have a Level 3 Diploma from IMDT (Institute of Modern Dog Trainers) for Professional Day Care and Boarding as well as a Level 3 in Domestic Animal Care from The Open College. Additionally, I am trained in dog first aid.
It's a big old world out there and sometimes for our smaller breeds, big dogs can be scary! Here at Kenilwoof Canine Castle, we want to create a safe and fun environment where small-medium breeds can enjoy a group walk together being in like-minded company.
What will the walk entail?
Dogs will be in packs of up to 6 so dogs must be socialised and friendly with other small to medium size dogs.
Why choose a pack walk?
Walking as a pack is a fantastic way for a dog to socialise. Being the social creatures they are, it allows dogs to enjoy each other and play but also helps those more anxious dogs grow in confidence in a structured and safe environment. Walking in thought out groups helps dogs learn important social skills including polite play/behaviour and reading body language.
Pack walks allow a non-confrontational environment where dogs are moving in the same direction and therefore less face to face encounters avoiding any unwanted competition or any other insecurities creating a trust between each other.
Walking as a pack provides mental stimulation as well as physical. Like mentioned above, dogs are highly sociable and being able to walk as a pack provides the fulfilment of safety and belonging whilst physically exercising which leads to a worn out happy pup.
The price for this service is currently £15 per dog.

Unfortunately, no. In order to provide the safest environment, all male dogs need to be castrated. I can accept un-spayed females but not when they are in heat.
Unfortunately not at this moment in time.
